AWESOME! They were so kind and patient with our scared kitty and took the time to calm her down before her rabies shot. They are so friendly and quick! Many thanks to Danny "the cat whisperer". Definitely recommend.

We had 6 cats when we moved to Cedar Falls, they were all pretty old and had on going health issues. Julie, Danny and the staff took to our cats like they were their own. I called so many times with dumb questions, special requests and sometimes I just needed someone to tell me I was being a good cat mom. They were always there and supportive. It is obvious that they care dearly for the animals and their owners too. When it came time to say good bye to three of our dear kitties, they were very supportive and understanding. There was always a great balance of professional and personable and I considered them friends just as much as I considered them my cats' health professionals. We moved out of state nearly a year ago - I still miss them and have not found anything remotely close, even in a major city. Their prices are more than reasonable and they were always willing to work with us in a bad situation.
