I hate to write bad reviews on places, but i feel the public needs to be aware of what happened to me so it doesn't happen to others. Friday night, my 7 1/2 week old kitten was barely breathing and almost unresponsive. She started having seizures and I was very concerned. A friend of mine told me to call this clinic because they had heard of their late night emergency services, so I called them. I got an answering service and spoke with a VERY rude young woman. I explained my situation to her and all she said was "name?" After I told her my name, she asked for my phone number and immediately after I gave it to her she said "someone will be calling you" and hung up without giving me a chance to say anything more. 45 minutes later, I never received a phone call and my kitten died. I am not familiar with vets in the area and was frantic at the time because my kitten was struggling and suffering. I'm not sure anything could have been done for her, but it would have at least been nice to hear from them. I will NEVER return to this clinic and find it HIGHLY unprofessional how they handled my call. I fell in love with my kitten like she was my own baby and now I'll never know if she could have been saved. Please, if you care about your furry friends, do not rely on this clinic.
