It is the best!!! We have been through a lot with Frey they help us so much when our puppy died (birth defect) and they have been wonderful with our other dogs. Dr. Ayers and the entire staff are great and always treat my pets as if they were their own.

I have depended upon Frey Pet Hospital for over 20 years to care for my dogs & cats. I have never been disappointed, or questioned the quality of care my four-legged family members have received. I love their new state-of-the-art facility on 16th avenue and always look forward to wonderful chats with my "friends" at Frey!! The staff is always very friendly, caring and helpful. I have been going to Frey Pet Hospital for many years and have always been treated with kindness and compassion. You are greeted with a cheerful smile from the staff at the front desk. Your pet is their number one priority as soon as you walk in. I have my favorite veterinarian that I particularly like but all of the veterinarians there are wonderful. Frey Pet Hospital was recommended to me when I moved to the Cedar Rapids community by my previous vet in Johnston, Iowa. In the time that I have lived in CR, I have had to put three of my six dogs to sleep and Frey Pet Hospital has been there every step of the way, compassionately and honestly navigating the health issues of my animals. The facilities are top notch, the staff is friendly and knows my pets and me, and the team of doctors, techs, and additional support people make even the toughest pet experiences tolerable. Dr. Steen and Dr. Feuerbach are the two veterinarians that I work most with and I couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend anyone in the area who is looking for a state-of-the-art facility and incredible team of knowledgeable animal lovers, or someone who is new to the area to consider Frey Pet Hospital. I have taken my Cavachon to Frey Pet Hospital for the last 8 years and she has always received excellent care. She had great results with the laser therapy that was used when she strained her back. My dog gets super excited every time we go there and loves Doctors Reierson and Feuerbach. . Even though I have to drive across town from Marion, I highly recommend Frey. They treat your pet like their own!
