When I took my rabbit in for a check up there were two ladies at the front desk. One was an older woman and the other was a younger woman possibly in her 30's. The younger woman seemed very stressed out and appeared to be taking her anger out on the older woman. She rolled her eyes a few times because the older woman wasn't doing everything quite right and was saying rude things about the way she was taking to a customer on the phone. It made me very uncomfortable. The vet was very kind and helpful, but I will not be back due to the woman at the front desk. I know if I was having trouble at my job and someone treated me that way I would not want to work there. She seemed to have no respect for this older woman and I hope things get better for her.

We've been taking our furries there since I moved to the area and they've been a fixture in the community forever. Scheduling can sometime be kind of tight but you get their full attention when it's your turn. Jody was exceptionally compassionate when our ailing lab was going through his last days and really went above and beyond for us. It isn't fancy, but fancy is for you and they're there for your pets.

I have been taking my animals to Jody Strohbehn for years. He is a great vet. Always takes the time to explain things to you and as mentioned below is very compassionate.
