I volunteer for a local rescue so am at Valley View regularly. The staff are always friendy and accomodating. They have allowed me to squeeze in with an emergency case and the wait time has decreased dramatically since they have added another vet. Thanks to Dr. Lee and her staff for always making it a positive experience.

I have been going to Dr. Lee for over 17 years now. Her compassion, dedication and love for not only her customers but for our pets as well is one in a million. I remember back when she started up her new clinic, how she would make house calls for my golden's. Today is a difficult day as I put my 17 year old calico to rest. Dr. Lee never wavered, she just showed her compassion for both myself and my pet. They don't come any better then this clinic and someday I look forward to being back in her office with a new pet. But, until then I strongly recommend Valley View Vet Clinic to everyone. They really are the best around.

Dr. Lee has taken care of our three pets (two cats and a dog) for roughly 7 years now. She does a wonderful job of diagnosing problems and fixing them. She has a new associate so the waiting time isn't very long and even if you have to wait it's worth it. We just put one of our cats down this morning. It's one of the hardest things a pet owner ever has to do. Dr. Lee and her staff are so compassionate and understanding. I've never been sorry that we switched to Dr. Lee when we did. We use her for boarding when we go out of town and have never worried about the care our pets receive from the staff. We know they're in good hands. Thank you Dr. Lee!

When we first moved to the area, a friend told my mom about Valley View for our family dog. We lived in Bellevue, so it was a little bit of a drive, but totally worth it. Daisy has been going to Dr. Lee for over 5 years now. When I moved out and got 2 dogs of my own, my mom told me I had to take them to Valley View. They are amazing. My little chihuahua has a trachea problem, and has visited the clinic several times over the past year, and we have always gotten excellent service. I trust Valley View with my dogs lives. Their Vet Techs are all so friendly, and remember your dog when you bring them in. The place is always clean, and while it can get super busy, everyone stays calms and keeps things moving along. I highly recommend this place, and will continue to refer people by word of mouth.

Dr. Barb Lee (and her husband Jody)have taken care of 12 of our furry family members from the beginning to the end of their lives since before Dr. Barb opened her own clinic. She has always been responsive and caring and supportive of us all through life's passages. Several of our "kids" have had serious health issues, and she has researched treatments and consulted with specialists to help. Although she is much in demand, she has called us late into the evening when needed. She donates time and care to homeless animals, and treats many others through low cost clinics. Even if there is a short wait sometimes, I know she taking time for someone who needs her and will do the same when we are the ones in need. She is well worth waiting for!! Her office staff share her love and concern for animals, and are always helpful and great fun to talk to. We are grateful to all of them.
