Whitehavens facility is very clean and organized as well as a very friendly staff. Originially I went to St.Francis and had bad experiences with how dirty and unorganized they were. It was so refreshing to get genuinely good care at Whitehaven. The staff was super helpful and patient with my dog thats hyper. They even called to see how he was doing a couple days later, thank you very much I will always go here.

My mini doxie could not walk and was in a cart for a month. After a couple of chiro visits my dog was showing massive improvement. He has been out of the cart and RUNNING the fence in the backyard for almost 2 years now! I live and 1 1/2 hrs away and will gladly make the trip if we ever need him again. The staff is friendly and very courteous and the facility is extremely clean.

They were fine till I got poor service, by being ignored, and told my dog was a "FLUNKY." Not real appreciated.
