Dr. Bergfeld is extremely kind, compassionate, and most importantly, knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Bergfeld because of her well-reasoned and attentive approach to my aging cat’s medical problem. Test results are available the same day and clearly explained. In addition, all of the staff members at Key West are friendly, willing to listen, and give good advice.
Very loving and friendly staff! They really do everything they can to help your animals and accomodate the owners, and very reasonably priced.
