I love Siouxland Animal Hospital. The desk people are nice, have all the paper work ready to go, the Vets and the Vet Techs are caring and loving towards the animals. They explain everything to me when I take my various animals in to see Drs Tammy & Marj!

The people who work at the desk are very rude... I look my two sugar gliders in and the nurse there was almost choking my male... she was deaf and couldn't hear him gasping. Then my female jumped off my shoulder to get away from the vet and landed on the picture frame on the wall. Immediately the vet said- "Be careful of the picture frame!" I would have bought her a new picture frame (It was ugly anyway) but she didn't even care about my baby. Then when I asked if they were healthy she said- "Yeah... right now" Like I was going to mistreat them. Don't go to this office if you love your pet!

I have a fish that probably won't make it through the night and the woman who answered the phone wouldn't give me ANY helpful information or techniques because i was not i current client of their hospital and i was not paying any fees yet. My fish is probably going to die now thanks to them:/

We had a puppy that had gotten in to some ibuprofen when we had gotten home late one night. We call the emergency number right away, around 12pm and they got back to us right away on what to do.
