* I don't agree with 2 of the previous reviews. I think ppl that work at that same vet must of wrote the reviews!!! * I like Dr. Bean, since I've been a pet owner; I've lived in IA for 5yrs, so its the only vet i've been to. * Prices are reasonable. * I always feel rushed by the vet and "helpers" * I AM ALWAYS asking the questions instead of them asking me. * They only accept cash or checks...wtf...i dont have time to stop at bank when I have my debit card on hand * Front desk lady is RUDE. And another lady that works the front occasionally is too. * Building/office needs updating. * I only keep going because of the location and prices. *I WILL be checking out the vet in the next town over this spring since i live in alta.

I wouldn't even give these guys 1 star except it is required....they MURDERED my beautiful, healthy family cat of 15 years causing my family much heartache and stress. My senseless neighbor brought our cat in because she thought it was a stray and they put her down immediately without checking with anybody. and even worse they actually knew it was our cat. Then to add insult to injury, we were treated so rudely after we found out what our neighbor did, I was hung up on by them multiple times when I called to inquire and the rudeness was beyond criminal. Not so much as an apology!!!. In fact they refused to apologize. I had been a customer of theirs for 15 years because of their pricing but now I know why they are priced thay way. I have witnessed them multiple times using unsterilized used needles when giving vaccinations so I had quit using them already for this reason. Take your animals somewhere reputable.

BV vet is a really great place to bring your animals, they are up front honest people, they do there jobs correctly and try there hardest to help you and your pets out. There pricing is fair and reasonable, and being liscensed they follow OCEA guidelines and rules. I am sure if you wanted to check it out yourself, they would be more then happy to show you the place, and answear any questions you may have. I trust any of my pets or livestock with BV Vet!!!!
