We're owned (at least it feels that way) by 2 dogs and a cat. We have been nothing but thrilled with their service, quality, and pricing!! Recently our 2 dogs were ill with a stomach virus and they entire staff was wonderful about answering all of (crazy) questions and never made us feel like we were being rushed or a bother to them. I feel comfortable in highly recommending them to anyone.

My family used Ada Animal Hospital growing up, never had any complaints. Now I take my animals here. Prices are always fair, staff is always friendly, and I trust the vets, who are personable and reasonable. Someone reviewed that the building was falling apart, which simply is not true! The groomers are friendly, kind, and wonderful as well. I've taken many different dogs and cats to both the vets and the groomers, always a pleasant experience, even with surgery!

we bring our dog Brooklyn and our cats to this place. we love it there. they always call and ask before they perform a procedure or run test. the staff is really friendly and eager to help. before we use to go to the animal hospital by the Harley shop in meridian. we have live in the that neighborhood for about 6 yrs now. I don't know why we never went. thanks Ada Animal Hospital.

They treat my pets and my family so much better than all the other animal hospitals I've been to. I'm not so much concerned about how the facility looks. I care about customer service and the quality of care my pet gets. Reasonable pricing is a plus as well. Compared with other facilities this place was great. My dogs are excited when they go to this one, they don't whine and cry like they're nervous like they did at the others. The meds have been reasonably priced as well for my epileptic dog who has to take a pill every day so he doesn't have seizures. They're understanding about money issues and respectful towards loving pet owners.
