I spoke to Patty and she was excellent. She was polite and got us on the calendar for my dog, T-Bone, to get de-boned (he goes by T now. LOL). Anyway, dropped him off at 8:30 AM and he was ready to be picked up by 1:30 PM. Got the pain meds for him, but he didnt' need them. The neuter was great, the overall experience was great, and I would recommend them. We have another dog that will need to be spayed and we are planning on using them again and for other services as well (e.g., well checks). I just called this place, and have to tell you that they are incredible rude and unprofessional. I called and talked to Patty, asked for a quote on getting my dog neutered, and she advised me that there was a $5 new client fee. I thought that was a bit ridiculous and questioned her on it, and then told her that I probably would not be interested. Immediately, she hung up on me. Then I called back to talk to office manager, she told me that she wasn't there and was out to lunch. Get this, she hung up on me again. Then I called back again, and Jennifer ( who Claimed to be Office Manager) picked up the phone, and said that she was in a meeting and not out to lunch. Told her what happen, and she didn't seem really to care. Didn't even apologize for the way I was treated. Companies that treat potential clients like this should not be in business at all!
