When I moved here, I asked around to see where I should take my cats. Almost everyone told me to go to Animals R Us. From the moment I came in the door, I was treated with respect and compassion. The administrative staff are very friendly and help you work out a payment plan if needed, The veterinary techs were all helpful, and Dr. Tim was no only professional but also very caring! He doesn't jump to recommending surgery or pressure you into expensive procedures or lab work. My cats loved him. His groomer was so very good with my long-haired cat, and she was recommended to me by everyone that I asked about who would they see to get their cat groomed. If you are looking for a kind, caring, and professional veterinary clinic, look no further.

The best VET we've ever had!...I've been a client of Animals R Us for over 8 years now and they are the best, most kind, caring friendly and knowledgeable we've ever known. They have save my cat's life 2 times now and I owe them very much. I called in and got a quote over the phone from an employee there. Based on that quote I made an appointment and got my dog fixed. My husband picked up the dog for me and gave me the receipt when he returned. I immediately called because the quote was $120.00 and was charged $170.00. When I dropped the dog off that morning I was assured that she would receive pain medicine during the surgery and some would come home for us with her as part of the cost of the surgery. No pain medicine came home with my dog at all, she laid here crying in pain. I immediately called and the attitude was use the pain medicine that I paid for that we received for our other dogs (Large 100 + pound dogs) when the dog fixed was 17 pounds. I left a message for the office manager to call me, no call back. I called in again and asked for the manager to call, guess what no call back. I then called in again and left yet another message, still waiting to hear on that one. I asked for someone else and no one else is available. I would not recommend them because they are not true to there word and to send a dog home in the pain my dog was was not acceptable and lack of follow through on there end was absolutely unprofessional and not trust worthy. If you truly love your animal you will not bring it to this facility, the lack of caring I have encountered on this visit shows where the ethics truly lie.

Went to Animals R Us today for the first time. I have to say that I was created and treated with respect and a great staff. I have been through a couple of vets in the valley and Dr. Brady Renner was very gentle and asked a lot of questions about the problem I was having with my cat. I felt right at home with him and felt like I had known him for years. I am so glad that I have finally found a vet that I can call a KEEPER.

Dr. Tim is the best vet in town! He has cared for my (and all my immediate family's) pets for over 10 years. He isn't too quick to move towards unnecessary surgery, he is wildly knowledgeable and helps you to keep cost down by only doing what is most needed/effective. He is truly an animal whisperer.
