We've loved our experience at Hendricks Vet while we've taken our two dogs, (an 11 year old and 3 year old) to the hospital for the last 4-5 years. The staff is competent, always friendly, and treat our dogs as if they were their own! From our first visit for a "hot spot," every visit has been informational and a great mix of recommendations, but nothing over the top. The doctors have different services they might recommend, but are never forceful if something is more "optional" at a stage of your dog's life stage. Not every dog loves a vet visit, but the staff always go out of their way to make them feel at ease. I highly recommend Hendricks Vet to all pet owners!

Helpful & friendly staff - AFFORDABLE CARE - Knowledgeable & patient with questions & concerns. Excellent location. I plan to come to this vet for all my future pet needs! Would highly recommend it. We had to bring our rabbit - VERY difficult to find a vet that will treat them & others vets are very EXPENSIVE. Could not be happier with my experience.

We took our cat to this vet last week because he was coughing, and he sneezed up blood. We thought it was allergies, but the doc insisted it was feline asthma. After $350 for exam, xray, "radiologists report" that didn't tell us anything, and asthma meds, I get a call back at my home a few days later. After talking to me on the phone for less than a minute, Doc decides it isn't feline asthma anymore. Now my cat has developped puffiness and running in his left eye, in addition to the breathing problems that didn't improve. Only now we have no more money to take him to the vet to get his real problems fixed now. Worst vet experience I've ever had. Avoid this place.

There are many reasons to like Hendricks Veterinary Hospital: availability of emergent/immediate care appointments, Saturday morning hours, cheerful, high-service staff, Docs are caring and have a great level of up-to-date knowledge and common sense treatments at a reasonable cost. The Docs perform most of the surgical services at the facility providing continuity of care rather than having the procedure done by a vet that is unfamiliar with your pet. Our dog had a very successful knee surgery, again for a reasonable cost. They put great store in preventive/wellness care for their patients, taking time at each appointment to be thorough about your pet's health.
