The veterinarian was nice enough, but I couldn't pay for the extra blood work right that second so I was politely shown the door with no possibility of arrangements or invitation to come back later or discussion of any kind. I feel like I got punched in the gut and charged $50 for it. I know losing my business isn't going to hurt them, but paying $50 to start a relationship with a vet is an investment, not a fee. I'm looking for a vet that cares more about long term customers than profits for the day.

Orchard has an amazing staff! The care and concern that they put into their animals is very apparent. They are reasonably priced and have a very good vibe everytime I go there. LOVE them!
