Best vet and office staff around. Dr. Bevan is realistic and caring. She provides excellent care to our older animals, including supportive environment for end of life. Priced reasonably and not pushed to spend money in the hopes of unrealistic outcomes. Very glad we found Vista after moving to Boise last year.

Took dog in to get glands drained which is routine for this breed. Cost $25 for them to do it which is reasonable. A couple days later one of his glands swelled up and got infected. So called them back to tell them what happened and now they want $70 to do a full check up. This place is a JOKE!!! You could find someone down at the homeless shelter to do better work than these scumbags. The place is a scam. Won't recommend it, won't go back. UPDATE: Took dog to humane society and they took care of the problem by putting him on antibiotics and relieving the area. Going after these people for reimbursement. DON'T go to these people!

Best vets in the area. All the vets do an excellent job in trying to save costs for the customers while providing all options for those on a limited budget. The doctors were fantastic at diagnosing my dog within 24 hours. Great and friendly staff as well. Would recommend to anyone in the ada county.

My wife went in to simply get a prescription filled for an ear infection that our dog had. When she spoke to the Vet, he told her that the prescription she had was worthless and that the medicine didn't work, so my wife asked what he would recommend and the Vet said that he would just have to see her and look at her ears. My wife told the Vet that we didn't have the money and didn't see the need for another exam considering that we had taken her in not long ago for the exact same problem. The Vet actually said that he would just check her out for $40 instead of the usual fee and my wife agreed. When she took our dog in that same day, the Vet was extremely rude and short with her and all together a waste of money. But that's not the worst part!! The girl at the front then charged my wife $80 instead of the agreed $40 from before. When she said something to the girl behind the desk, the girl responded with "we've never charged that before, sorry". And wouldn't go ask the Vet if that was correct. So much for the customer always being right. After all of that he told my wife that there is no prescription that he would recommend for our dog,( who's ear infection is so bad that she's holding her head at a permanent tilt) so we still didn't even get a prescription filled for our poor dog. What a waste.
