My dogs have seen Dr. Rallston for the last 7 years. We now live in North Carolina and we STILL call Countryside for anything we need. They are the BEST vets we have EVER had and we have lived in many places in the country. The staff, Laurie, Angela, etc...are the greatest and most helpful people we could ever hope for. They always know our girls by name and take amazing care of our babies.

I will never take my furbabies anywhere else. I made the mistake of taking my very sick cat to another vet on the west side of town and was treated so badly. So, when it came time to take the next step for my little cat, we went back to Countryside. I have never been treated with such kindness and empathy and will be forever grateful for the wonderful service we received from them. They even sent a sympathy card the week after we lost our kitty. Such good, kind people. I will never go to another vet because there isn't one that can stand up to the amazing people at Countryside.

Very caring veterinarians. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my fur babies medical needs.

I was visiting family in Idaho Falls and one of my dogs developed a hematoma on his left ear flap. It was scary to think about having to take him to a vet that was not familiar to us. After looking at some reviews we chose Countryside Vets. We saw Dr. Francis, and he was wonderful. He was kind and patient, and answered all of my questions. He informed me of the pros and cons of the procedure he wanted to perform. If I lived in Idaho Falls, I would definitely go to this office. The staff was also extremely caring and helpful. Dr Kathy Shoemaker and the staff of Countryside Veterinary Hospital are terrific. They have helped us through the emotional turmoil of losing loved pets and kept our cats healthy and our insanity somewhat intact. It feels like they love our pets as much as we do!
