I have used this vet for a couple years now and have never had a problem until now. I brought my dog in for a dental and they gave me a paper with the low estimate and high estimate and told me it would be somewhere in between these two numbers and than made me sign saying I would pay up to that amount. When my dog was finished they told me the price which was more than what I signed for. They said they forgot to put something on my estimate and left it at that. I paid them and took my dog only to find they had left the catheter on. So I went back to get it taken off. I also realized after I got home that they hadn't clipped her nails even though I paid for it. I will never be going back to this place. What horrible service.

We had to take our dog in to be put to sleep due to very old age and declining health issues. They were kind and fast and made the experience as painless as possible for us. They also took care of our dear Rosco and had him cremated and returned to us in a beautiful urn in way less time then they originally quoted! Because of how well they treated us in our time of need we have switched vets and now bring all our fur kids here!

Paying for a beautiful new building seems to eliminate the care, compassion and empathy from veterinarians these days. I refused 'stabilization' at $200 to $500 dollars asking only for an exam on an injured cat I found and intended to rehabilitate. As a long time, and well experienced, licensed race horse trainer, I am fully capable of administering medicine orally and by injection as well as administration by IV and Sub-cutaneous methods. My office call plus a $6.00 1000 ml bag of lactated ringers, several needles and a prescription for Clavamox cost about $100. When I found that my bottle of the recommended steroid was expired, I called back, asking for a prescription to replace it and administer the much needed medicine to the ailing cat. Apparently, aftercare is not a service provided by the staff at All Valley as my call was NEVER returned.

The staff was very kind and helped us to say goodbye to our cat. I highly recommend the All Valley Animal Care Center. Very kind and compassionate people. ( -:

Great service, professional, affordable, good communication. This team has taken care of my two dogs since their birth (2008); great knowledgeable vets; great grooming, and I would not take my dogs anywhere else for boarding. I have used services of other boarding facilities since the early 80's; this facility is fine. Their 24x7 drop off/pick up and convenient freeway location adds to the convenience. The same hours for vet care made me switch from other very capable and excellent vet's in the area. Affordable? When compared to other 'hospital' vet's in west Boise/Garden City, All Valley gets the nod. I had received $1,000+ estimates for services at other facilities; I took the pets to All Valley and ended up paying 40 - 60% less.
