This is one of the best vets i've ever had. They truly care about animals and their owners. Costs are lower than the vets in my area. It's well worth the extra miles to drive.

In our day to day search for great customer service and caring we can only ask for honesty, integrity, and a genuine caring attitude. My family found all of these attributes at Intermountain Pet Hospital and Lodge. We had our dog for 17 years. He grew up with our son and was a true part of our family. He was at the door waiting for us everyday, tail wagging and happy. Our dog gave us love unconditionally and for that we are thankful. One of the hardest decisions we ever made was having our dog put to sleep. The staff and Doctor Bingham made our experience much more bearable. Their compassionate caring attitude and support was beyond what we expected. The honesty and knowledge were well above what I have experienced at any other veterinary clinic in Idaho. In our time of grief Intermountain Pet Hospital was there for us and for that we are appreciative. The front desk and pharmacy staff, the technicians, and the veterinarians at Intermountain Pet Hospital are consistently compassionate, empathetic, and helpful. The medical personnel are competent and well-trained. The facility is exceptionally well-equipped to handle a vast spectrum of treatments. In addition to the hospital, the lodge where pets can enjoy camp (day care), boarding, and grooming is also an exceptional facility with equally attentive and compassionate staff. There's even a pool for pets who enjoy the water! I highly recommend Intermountain Pet Hospital and Lodge to anyone who loves their pets :-).

The wonderful staff at Intermountain Pet Hospital have provided excellent care to both of my dogs. They started out by saving my old lab's life, then with therapy and medication, have made her comfortable and happy in her old age. In addition, they found and treated a chronic bladder infection that my younger lab had. She had been seeing other vets that had never done the followup to cure the problem. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and most of all; professional and knowledgeable. I recommend IPH for all your pet's needs.
