BAMC is a wonderful clinic. I am very impressed with them. They usually are able to get us in the same day. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure I understand what is needed to help keep my baby (12 yr old black lab) healthy and happy. She had really bad ear infections. I had to clean her ears at least 4 times a week and she would cry when scratching... After the advice, I now only have to clean her ears maybe once a month and she is no longer in pain. Also she used to have the worst gas ever.... Like passing gas 10 times a day or more... after speaking with the vet, I switched her food and now she might pass gas a couple times a month.... it is nice for both her and I. BAMC has a vet on call for after hours. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new, educated and friendly vet... Oh also my baby is scared of vets, and they take the time to let her get comfortable with them before examining her.

I would highly recommend BAMC, we had two dogs that are like our other kids to us. The Doctors and staff at BAMC have been so amazing! Remie our Border Collie went through surgery and chemo for cancer. Everyone there treats Remie like she was their own, she is going on 2 yrs. no cancer. Our other girl Mesha has passed on, but BAMC always took such great care of her and was as sad when she passed. I am so grateful to have such great care of BAMC. Thank you, Nicole

I called the office after my dog swallowed a knuckle bone whole. The receptionist went out of her way to get a hold of a doctor and ask if I should bring him in right away. I was waiting for a vet to come into the office (I was told it could be a few hours), but my situation worried her and she called the vet,and then called me back to let me know that he probably was not in trouble unless he started throwing up or whatever. I was so tickled with her concern for my dog and that she went out of her way to reach the vet and call me back right away!!!! That is an awesome vet clinic!

My experiences at Bannock Animal Hospital have always been no less than excellent. They always show a sense of professionalism, along with being personable. They have a very knowledgeable staff, and I feel safe having my fur-babies taken care of there. I'd never go anywhere else!

The staff is always so nice when I come especially with me having a nervous kitty.
