I don't know who said the staff were courteous!! I went in there and the office manager was down right rude and unfriendly!! The other staff might be, but didn't say a word while the office mgr took over. This is the 2nd time I have experienced rudeness from that one. If the hospital is a good one, services are good and within budget, they need to get rid of her and get someone a little more friendly!! Maybe they have enough business they do not care. I will not take my pets there, I will definitely go somewhere else!!!!!!!!

Would never take our animals there again. The entire staff is rude and the vets so eager to perform surgery they killed our cat (who should have been on antibiotics prior to surgery- as we found out later is the standard procedure for his absessed tooth). Don't know how one place have so many rude and strange people. On the plus side the groomer Kelly is amazing- but the owner of the grooming facility is as rude and nasty as the others. Kelly is the only bright spot in this dismal place!
