We just took our puppy (8 months old) to the vet to get his nails trimmed. We have been many times before for immunizations and the Veterinarians have been amazing. However, the rest of the staff is less than fantastic. The lady at the front desk did not greet me or my dog with any sort of interest. She then proceeded to take him away from me to the back room. I asked if I could come and help and she said no (note: I have always gone to help in all of his appointments). When the door opened my dog ran frantically back to me and I knew something was wrong. I asked her and she said that they put a mussel on him and that he pooped all over them. He is a very well behaved dog and loves humans. He has never ever shown any sign of aggression towards dogs or humans. It is her own damn fault that he pooped on her because she put a mussel on him-something he has never experience. She then forcefully laid him down to trim his nail and that is when he pooped on them. No wonder he did that. He was scared out of his mind! She also said that she shampooed his bottom but she did not. Maybe she poured water on him but he smelled like fecal matter. I’m a CNA and know when someone has been properly cared for. We will NEVER go back for grooming again. Dr. Hansen is great but beware of the rest of the staff.

In 2012, they did a great job on the neuter of my dog and also the rabies vaccine but they screwed up the paperwork and gave me another dogs records (they gave me paperwork for a female that had been spayed and was an entirely different breed than my dog)! Then, I had to hound them for weeks to get them to change it for me so I could have the proper documentation I needed for my dog to keep him at my apartment complex! I had to waste my gas and time to drive to their office and get what I needed out of them! As of lately, the office visits are very short and rushed and I get charged for shady fees that I am never told about until after.

A great groomer! They were able to squeeze us in for a first time appointment. Our puppy came out looking and acting great!
