Bad news: I have a pet rat who I love more than anything in the world. She developed a benign mammory tumor; when I took her in to have it removed, the doctor who performed the surgery used metal staples to close the would. He said, "there's no way she'll pull those out." Hello!?! Rats chew on EVERYTHING. She pulled the stitched out that same night. Do you have any idea how horrifying it is to see INSIDE your animal?!? Good News: I called their emergency line and the vet on call called, Dr. Morgan, me back within 15 minutes. He met me at the hospital within 15 minutes. He agreed that the doctor who performed the initial surgery did sub-par. He used surgical adhesive as well as disintegrating stitches on the inside and outside of her incision sight. The wound healed wonderfully and you can't even see a scar. I was very impressed with Dr. Morgan - he genuinely cares about your pet. The emergency fees were a little pricey (but still nothing close to what I would have paid at my vet in another state). Update: My pet had another tumor and I took her back to have it removed. Dr. Morgan discovered that she had a total of 5 mammary tumors - and the cost to have all of them removed was about $70 (which is AMAZING!!!!). Then Dr. Morgan took her home to his personal residence and made sure she didn't pull out her stitches. He only charged me $15 boarding fee for 1.5 days - another amazing deal! Thank you Dr. Morgan for taking care of my sweet pet! I would definitely recommend Dr. Morgan for anyone who has small exotics, as well as dogs and cats.

I was extremely happy with this vet. He was very caring to my dog YETTI that had sustained injuries durring a fight when another dog broke into my yard!!! WAY TO GO!! TWO THUMBS UP
