I would never recommend this office to anyone. We have been taking our pets there for ten years and should never have trusted the care of our animals to them. I have more than one story but will share only a few. First that our dog has had an infection in her feet for over a year. We have visited the clinic four times in the past year and she was never properly diagnosed until I took her last week to a new vet who immediately saw the problem and has given her MAJOR doses of TWO TYPES of antibiotics her infection is so bad. Same dog, different issue, her left eye had been blinky and leaking for some time and after looking in it they suggested putting her under and examining her thoroughly. I decided to do some research before spending the amount necessary to do so and found that when they blink one eye, it is often food related allergies. We took her off of chicken based food and put her on Zyrtec and the sympton disappeared. Same dog, ear infection not properly treated and it lasted for nearly two months until we saw a more experienced vet at this office. My impression of this vet is that they are there to make money first and foremost, and treat your animals if that works out. I know that this sounds harsh - and believe me, I tried to give them the benefit of doubt as evidenced by our ten yrs with them - but time after time our pets have been misdiagnosed and have suffered needlessly because of it. Last story - we had a kitten who just didn't seem to be healthy. We took her in and she was given a "thorough examination" and clean bill of health...took her home and she died that night. Four more stories and looking back, how foolish I was to stay with them. My bad that we continued at this office. I felt a sense of loyalty that cost me thousands of dollars and hours of wasted time, not to mention the lack of properly treating and diagnosing our animals. I am thrilled to have moved on and wish I had at the first sign of trouble.
