Bloomindale Animal Hospital has never given my dog anything but the best care! For 10years I drove an extra 20min. just to get the best care! When my dog was sick they encouraged me to wait to get blood results before doing costly tests. They truly work for the love of pets and not to make a dollar ever chance they get. They are honest, loving, compassionate people! From the reception staff to every doctor! If you want the best you want Bloomingdale Animal Hospital!!!!

Dr. McCormack is the best Vet I know. I have a dog that has allergy problems and gets urinary tract infections that can lead to bladder stones. He is so on top of it and even calls me at 8 pm when he is finally done with his surgeries to talk with me about my dog and the choices we make with her allergies. He doesn't treat me like a lot of Vets or Doctors have in the past. He doesn't just say we are doing it his way and that is the only way. He takes into consideration my ideas and we work together to give my dog the best life we can. I have been taking my pets here since I was a little girl and I am now a gown woman. I have asked for certain tests to be done that cost more money than they wanted to do because I felt it was a better test that would give us more/better information. Dr. McCormack is very gentle with my dog and the entire staff there knows her by name and are so wonderful with her. The Bloomingdale Animal Hospital is top notch!!!!

My dog, Dakota, was seen by them since she was a puppy at 6 weeks old up until we put her to sleep at 12 years old. I never received anything but the best from them. From the reception staff to the Vets, they were all stellar. And, believe me, my dog had many problems throughout her too short life and we were there alot and was always, always treated with kindness, compassion and respect. I felt 100% comfortable and confident with them. The reception staff always made it a point to come around the desk to see Dakota and say hello to her. We even have a large Vet within walking distance to us and they just didn't compare to Bloomingdale, so we decided to drive the additional 20 mintues each time we had to take her, just so we could get the best care for her. There was even one time that the vet didn't feel as if he could do the best for her, as far as surgery goes, for one of her 4 knee surgries, and felt more comfortable referring her out so as she could get the best care possible. It is never about money with them, it is about the animal. I thank God every day of my life that we found them and when we get another dog someday, I will continue to use them with NO HESITATION whatsoever. The docs are all good, but I trust my pet's life and well being with Dr. McCormack, hands down. He is the best!!!!!!!!
