I have been very happy with the service, yes it is very busy and I do have long wait times, I think its worth the wait for the care and attention that our 2 guinea pigs receive. I did not expect that our small pets would get so much attention and I felt alittle strange bringing them in for the 1st time, but now we have had several wellness, acute problem, surgery and even grooming visits over the last two years and I cannot say enough nice things about the staff and Dr. Xie . I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this place, especially if you have a small/ exotic pet, Dr Xie is fabulous with these little ones:-)

I'm very disappointed with the quality here. The first banfield I went to was in california, and my dog had a great experience. Here, they didn't pay attention to my dogs comfort levels, and were increasingly frustrated with the insecure nature of my dog, pushing him, and giving him a near phobia of the vet. I will never go here again. It seams they only care about money here. Not to mention that the problems we went here for were not fixed.

Went there with an appointment and had me waiting for 2 hours. a lady in the front desk was very rude also when I asked how long it was going to take for my dog to see a vet they said they didn't know. Very poor service.
