Dr. Todd is a caring veterinarian, and we have gone to him for years. The staff is knowledgeable and well trained. Prompt service and fair prices, and we are pleased to recommend him for all of your veterinarian needs, including boarding and grooming.

Dr. Todd takes care of all three of our cats. He and his staff are always caring and gentle with them. I highly recommend the Pet Pro.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A VETERINARIAN PRACTICE AND I DIDNT EVEN GET IN THE DOOR!!!!!!!!!! I should have known better when I called to make an appt for my dog, but we we're looking for a new vet and he was suffereing from terrible alleriges and I was desperate to find somewhere quick. I had heard that Dr. Todd was a good place to go with a reasonable cost so when the receptionist was rude to me over the phone right off the bat I excused it as a bad day and made the appt anyway. By the day off the appt, my poor puppy had raw lags and scabs all over his body from chewing and licking soooo much. We had triied everything to stop it and make him comfortable until he saw the doctor but nothing was helping not even the perscription from his old vet. Anyway I called first thing in the moring (730am) when they are supposed to open ...I didnt get an answer until 745am. I then asked if I could move his appt up to the earliest time availble because I felt so aweful for my dog. AGAIN! The receptionist (won't mention her name) was very rude right off the bat and even lied to me multipul times. I asked her why she was being so rude and she said "Excuse me?" and then 'click' she hung up on me. Still I planned on taking my dog in hoping the doctor would be better. An hour later I get a call from her saying she talked to the doctor (this tie she was very calm and sweet) apparently the doctor said they werent the practice for us and the denied care to my dog. This is where I got a tad angry, and I am happy to say that this service will be shared with many. What kind of practice does such a thing??!! This proves what the other review said about the staff being lazy and I will add UNPROFESSIONAL ( I also found out that the Doc doesnt come in until the latest time possible, another example of lazy.) Overall , this place is not worth your time, money or most of all the well being of your beloved pet.

Pet Pro does a great job with their animals. They breed and sell British Creme Retrievers and they are SO cute. Our family has bought two puppies from Pet Pro and have been nothing but satisfied with the beauty and the cuteness of these wonderful animals. We will be seeing them soon for our dogs to get bathed! :)

Poor service and the veterinarian is lazy. He is not knowledgeable on up to date protocols and procedures and he transfers his clients to other clinics often. Please steer clear of this clinic if you want good health care for your pets. I have heard a ton of horror stories from that clinic.
