Recently went to Animal Ark for my pup's (12 weeks old) routine check-up. First impressions as I walked up to reception were very good. The building was clean with plenty of seating in case you need to keep your pet away from others waiting for their appointment. Also, the receptionists were outstanding. They answered my general questions and were very professional as I arrived for the appointment and checked out. The first tech (similar to nurse for us humans?) did a great job asking questions about my dog's medical history and what I've been doing as his caretaker. Dr. Singleton soon arrived with another tech after her she finished up her earlier appointment. Dr. Singleton was fantastic and thorough with the pup. She reached out to the pup's previous vet to inquire about vaccinations and took her time while she did the examination. Dr. Singleton and the tech did a remarkable job administering vaccinations and going over every question I had as I am a first time puppy owner. I've been to many other vets while taking care of previous family dogs and I can honestly say this is best. The thoroughness, honesty, and great staff will keep me coming back (hopefully not too often).

Just brought my cat here when she suddenly showed some weird signs of excessive drooling and lack of appetite. They got her in that afternoon and were super friendly and supportive. The visit was quick and reassuring. Definitely making thiem my regular vet.

Great staff - vets and techs. Won't scam you or guilt you into paying for extraneous procedures. The entire place is well run, super clean, and amazingly friendly.

Hands down the best

Much pleased. New neighborhood and new vet for us. We had a fabulous vet in our old neighborhood, and I'm not easily impressed. I liked everything I saw. Dr. Kristin Vyhnal saw Nachman, my 15lb. brown tiger, and showed great respect for both of us. Calm, matter-of-fact but not off-hand. Whole facility seems well thought out and professional. Fees well in line with other area vets and clinics.
