Was a little concerned about their no appointments policy but I've never had to wait longer than 10 - 15 minutes. Staff is great and they took great care of our puppy when he got pneumonia. Neutering was also a breeze with morning drop-off and evening pick-up.

My cat had a blocked urinary tract - he was very sick. We took him to Animal CareCenter on a Sunday morning (no appointment necessary). Dr. Park was very helpful and kept us informed throughout the treatment process. Great staff, highly recommended.

Words honestly can't fully express how much I love & appreciate the Drs. & Staff at this center. I had an elderly dog that made it through several various type ailments and the level of care EVERYone showed him was such a comfort. I travel quite a bit and so comforted knowing my dog would be cared for there - at a reasonable price! When my dog passed away, I got a call from his Dr. & everyone was just so supportive. I truly can't say enough good things about this center.

Animal Care Center of Chicago is awesome! I no longer live in Chicago but always took my dog to their Center for all of her needs. I never needed an appointment and I never waited more than a few minutes each time. Their facility is so clean and their staff is amazing, all so friendly and helpful. When I was out of town I had them take care of my puppy and I knew she was in good hands, they offer a large space for when she is alone and provide a puppy play time. I would recommend this place to any of my Chicago friends.
