Best vet I've ever been to. Dr. treats the source and doesn't just try to over medicate for no reason. She's also super affordable and will answer any questions you have.

I work at a doggie daycare and I called to get the vet records for one of the dogs here to make sure they were safe for daycare and the receptionist/vet told me that she wouldn't send them over because it would take her time. So she'd rather the dog be in daycare with no records of vaccinations than simply do her job and provide good customer service. So freaking rude, I can't imagine why anyone would bring their pets to her. There is no reason to be that rude on the phone. If she didn't have the time there are a million other ways she could have told me that would have been polite.

OMG this place hate it the vet is so mean not just to the animal, but to the people. I took my dog there once and I called and the receptionist answered told me to call back tomorrow and was very rude. My parents took my dog there anyway and she was yelling at me because of so many reasons. Then I took the dog somewhere else and they said she was fine. Horrible place.

As I soon as I got there the receptionist was very polite, on the other hand Dr. vinu was just rude. She started by weighing my teacup yorkie she went off and started judging me telling me I don't feed my dog because it weights 2 lbs knowing that its just 9 weks old. She went off and asked me what kind of food I feed my dog I showed her what I give him apparently its not good food telling me I should give him lactaid milk because its the same she drinks. Asked how much I paid for my dog I answered and she went off and called me a stinking rich person. Accordingly that's the way she talks to people. I decided to take him to a more professional vet took him Brighton Animal Hospital. Where the vet told me he was a very healthy puppy.

Just called this place. I asked a few questions regarding rabies shots and bringing my dog in for a checkup. The jaggoff who answered the phone was rude, short, and uninviting. If they're this lousy on the phone, I can't imagine how they'd be with my dog
