Used the service for a few weeks, and the dog walker, Nancy, left our doors unlocked and/or did not turn on our alarm afterward three times. After the second instance, I called the owner, Mark, and he said he was ashamed, asked if he should fire Nancy, and if we wanted another dogwalker. I indicated no but it should not happen again. The next day our alarm was not turned on. I called Mark back and indicated we needed a new dogwalker beginning the next day and he indicated that he was discontinuing service because he viewed my demand as a threat. Subsequently, he refused to drop our keys back off at our house while we were home and indicated we could go pick them up from his office but he would leave them outside in an envelope. If you value your home security and require any level of customer service or respect, I strongly suggest using a more reputable company.

This review is long overdue! Mark and his crew are everything a great dog walking service should be. They discounted the price because I adopted my dog from a shelter. I also want to mention that they're very easy to contact at anytime of the day. Bobbi, our walker, is a life saver when it comes to last minute evening walks. She is so flexible and accommodating with last minute schedule changes and has jumped in to save the day on multiple occasions. If she isn't available, they always find another walker. Mark, Cobbi and Denise are always there for me when I need them. I have nothing but respect for the way they run their business and for the people they hire ... exceptional service!

I use to work in the 'dog industry' and know that dog owners can be needy and sometimes a little crazy. I am no different. I love my dog and have specific requests for him almost daily. Nancy is great. I always find that my requests are completed and Zero genuinely looks like he has had a little workout. She has made special arrangements to work our calendar (and we can some times have an 'up in the air' schedule, unfortunately). When we moved, she made a special trip over to our hood to check out the place and make sure she knew how to take care of Zero and our home. I'm satisfied. Have been since the first meet and greet.
