I went to VCA and then came here and Dr. Trice was so warm and loving with our cat. The staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, loving and very informative. I highly recommend them to any new parents of furbabies.

We followed our vet who transferred here from different Banfield location, we've been here since it opened and we have been very happy with the service and care our pets have received. So far we have not had to have long waits in the waiting room, but if I had to wait I would not complain at all, with the attention my pets receive its worth any waiting period. I myself am a health care professional so I find myself to be highly critical of other health care providers!! We have two Guinea Pigs, and I am amazed by the thoughtfulness, expertise and overall quality of care we have received each and every visit. Every interaction I have had with the Vet and support staff has been above excellent. The Vet is also really good about returning phone calls and email, something I appreciate tremendously. Yesterday, one of our beloved critters, suddenly became very ill, I called the office to say we were on the way, it was an emergency, the staff told me that the Vet might be out to lunch, due to the timing and nature of the visit, they assured me that someone would be there waiting to receive my pet even if the Vet wasn't immediately available. Our pet died in the car on the way there, our Vet (Dr. A.A) was there waiting for us, we did not wait one second to be seen, we were received with lots of compassion and kindness. I could not ask for a better place to bring our pets. Thank you Banfield staff and Dr. A.A for your work, your time and all that you do, it is truly appreciated.
