My Lab had the worst ear issues. It even was messing with his hearing. Just wanted to thank you guys again!!

Columbia Animal Hospital is amazing. Just this evening, I called in a panic because my Beagle-mix was yelping in pain and I could not figure out why. Our regular vet was closed for the evening, as this was after 5:30pm on a Friday night. Dr. Flaum said, "No problem, bring her right over," even though they, too, were officially closed. I brought my dog in, he evaluated her and sent her home with meds. The receptionist even entertained my six-year old daughter during the examination because she was worried about her dog and didn't want to be in the room. THIS is customer service. If it wasn't for Dr. Flaum and his staff, my dog would still be suffering in pain this evening but instead she is resting comfortably.
