Very clean and modern atmosphere. I took my cat in for a suspected respiratory infection. Got in and out within 30min! There were a handful of other people there too. Staff is very nice, doctor was amazing (didn't try to push to do unnecessary costly treatments like other vets do to me). Great pricing! Upon request, the doctor even printed me out a cost estimate for my other cat (who I didn't bring with) on a needed surgery. Couldn't ask for better service. Kepp in mind, THIS IS A WALK IN CLINIC. So you could get lucky on your wait time....or you could be there for awhile. I will definitely be taking my other animals here. =)

The doctor we saw was fine, but I did not like the no appointment system of seeing patients. we came in and had to wait 45 minutes to even see the doctor and there was one person who came in after me, yet they were seen first? my dog had to stand all that time on a leg with a ligament tear and I felt so bad for him. I also think the desk staff was too aggressive in signing me up for a month of complimentary pet insurance with out asking me first. which I would have said no thank you. also I mentioned I was considering, CONSIDERING bringing all my 5 pets there if it worked out..but the desk staff insisted on taking all my pets information right then and there (which I admittedly should have said no not yet), and then without my consent she called my current vet to have all my pets records sent there. that caused me major embarrassment as I had not called my vet yet myself to say that I was considering switching. I will not be returning there. I reiterate, the vet I saw was fine and I was satisfied with her. but to me it's a package deal.
