We have been taking our animals (4 different cats and now a new puppy) to Dr.s Robbie and Chamberlain since we moved to Crystal Lake more than 10 years ago. We have received nothing but excellent care from all the staff and have found that they care about nothing but the well being of the animals. They go out of their way to ensure that we are able to get our appointments usually the same day, or at our convenience if not an urgent matter such as a simple check-up. Due to proximity all of our neighbors use the medical center and have had nothing but good service, even during the most trying of times having to put a beloved pet down.

We've been going to Animal Medical Center for almost 3 years this time around and always took our dogs there when I was a kid. Probably for 15 years or so. Dr. Chamberlain and all the doctors there have always been very professional, and personally concerned. When we had a dog hit by a car, when I was a kid, Dr. Chamberlain personally came to check the dog instead of us having to move her to the clinic. Thei billing is a little higher than some other places but they are always willing to work with you if you can't pay the whole bill right away (which is actually required). They also help you find less expensive alternatives to medication if that's what you need.

The doctors and nurses seem to really care about the animals and the service is always prompt. They did an amazing job on my dog's surgery and they're emergency services are top notch. Been taking our family dogs there for over 19 years, and will continue to return.
