My dog Buddy had his teeth cleaned by Randall Road Animal Hospital and he looked amazing! The techs are wonderful and made him feel very comfortable on his first visit and Dr. Bajuk was very informative and did not try to "upsell" me on procedures that Buddy really didn't need. Their prices are very reasonable - the cleaning cost $100 less than other veterinary practices because of a promotion that the hospital was running at the time. I highly recommend this hospital for your pet's needs!

had an emergency with my dog on a saturday night.I wasnt a client of the vet but they found time to get my dog in they did surgery on him the next day.Everyone i dealt with was caring and professional/ top flight service they have no idea how much i appreciate taking such wonderful care of my pet at a very bad time.I will be taking my pet here from now on.Its nice to see that there are still vets out there that care about pets and the people that own them.All i can do is say thank you to them again.Dennis Richart

We started taking our dog here because it partnered with the rescue group we got her from and it is close to were we live. She had a fair share of issues as a puppy so we've made a good amount of visits. First subpar experience was when we found round worms in her feces, so we bring her in with her stool sample and I'm the one going through the stool sample and showing the worms to the Dr. as he just stood there doing nothing. Now I already knew what type they were from research but I still paid $30 "worm identification" - whatever paid it no problem just to get it handled. Second bad experience was when we went in because my dog had been regurgitating her food about once a week for a few weeks. She was acting normal still so I wasn't too concerned. Dr. said it could be her food, she might have a weak stomach or something were the food doesn't make it all the way to her stomach to be fully digested. He didn't seem very worried like it wasn't life threatening and I thought that maybe it was her food. He then insisted I get an Xray for $300- I said ill pass and switch her food first. He then sent the vet tech in to say how "worried" he was and she needed the Xray that day. Switched her food- hasn't done it sense. THIRD not so pleasant experience, she had diarrhea so we take her in to get a stool sample and no one ever called us with the results! I called back 4 days later and luckily there was no issue (if it was even tested, which Im starting to question) There has been ONE employee out of all my visits there that I have been happy with and that was a Vet tech. I don't feel like anyone goes out of their way to make it a pleasant experience or goes out of their way to make sure all of your questions are answered. We are now looking for a new vet. I did have a good experience with having my dog groomed there though! The groomer was very friendly and enthusiastic. :D

Not a good place to take your animal if you truly care about your animal. I should have known after having a bad experience here with my last dog that I would be disappointed again. I had a follow up appointment this morning that was to do a final set of xrays to make sure the barium made it all the way through my dog. The dog likes to eat stuff off the ground and we were concerned that he had eaten something and that it had gotten stuck. I showed up at the time I was told and the front desk people had no clue what was going on. I waited for 10 minutes and was then shown to a exam room, waited another 30 minutes in there before I finally walked out. I was never told by anyone what was going on in this time. They all just acted very clueless. I will be doing everything in my power to make sure this place is shut down. It is dirty, the people are not nice, I'm pretty sure the vet tech when I was there a couple months ago was on drugs because she asked me to pretend I was her friend so the vet would give me a discount. Stay as far away as you can, this place will only bring bad things to you and your pets. To the owners, you will be hearing a lot from me on social media. I will not stop until this place is closed!
