I've only needed relatively routine treatments and vaccines thus far with my 2 year old dog so I can't say how this hospital is regarding larger/harder cases. I can say that the docs here are professional and knowledgeable. It's an easy hospital in that the appointments are on time if not early. The prices are reasonable. And I haven't had any major issues pop up with my dog yet so I presume the preventative measures the docs are recommending and I'm accepting are working.

My cat was vomiting two weeks ago so I immediately called Oak Elm. They told me to come in right away and they would fit me in between their appointments. Literally, the second I walked in, I was taken into an exam room and Dr. Basran was seeing my cat two minutes after that. I cannot begin to describe adequately how much this meant to me. My cat is doing much better now which of course is all that matters. But the recognition by the staff and Dr. Basran that I had an urgent case and treating me accordingly meant the world to me.

I happened to drive by this clinic on the way home one day and thought I should check them out considering the proximity to my house. I must admit I was very pleasantly surprised from the moment I entered. The hospital is extremely clean and well run. The receptionist greeted me, asked me to fill out a simple intake form and I was able to see the doc within 5 minutes thereafter. The visit itself was routine and the doc was confident. The best part was the bill which was less than what I was paying at my former vet. A nice start to what I hope is a long relationship.

What a fantastic staff and doctors. They are so kind and warm to me and my pets that I can't help but to trust them over and over again with the cost and care of my pets. I highly recommend Oak Elm to anyone looking for high quality care at an affordable (relatively for animal health care) price.

Dr. Konstantinov and the staff at Oak Elm are amazingly gentle in their care and treatment of my 5 year dog, Della. The hospital is always very clean and I'm always seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The costs are clearly written on a receipt and I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of with unnecessary vaccines or tests. The prices are reasonable as a result. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone living in the area.
