I love this place! Took my two kitties for a free exam, i love how they treated my cats like if they were theirs, love love love this place. RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Nice and lovable people. I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK! They also gave me alot of information on my cats and gave me two free toys for each and a tote! Thank you VCA animal hospital! :) VERY HAPPY!

We were recommended to call VCA by our vet. ( and previous vets ) for emergency purposes. It was a Saturday and our Vet was closed and it was about 1:30 PM. I accidentally broke a bottle of Insulin for our Diabetic Cat. We just took our cat to our vet the previous Tuesday ( 4 days prior ). We just had all the exams and multiple tests done at our vet that diagnosed her as Diabetic. So we had her records and broken bottle of insulin with labled package. They refused to refill the prescription, unless we brought our cat in for an office visit ( again in the same week ) with VCA and then wanted DOUBLE the price of insulin from $80 to $160 ! We expressed our shock of the price and terms on the phone and the woman hung up on us! I guess profit is more of a motive than helping animals or people in need.

Interesting to see the negative reviews. My experience has been very good. My dog has had two surgeries at Arboretum View, with different surgeons. He has also had a couple of emergency trips in the middle of the night on a weekend (he's old). And every time I was happy with the efficiency of the staff and the caring attitude and skill of the vets. I can't say the negative reviews are wrong, of course, but I like this place.

Absolutely the WORST CARE EVER. Told me it would take 5 minutes for the doctor to come in and it was an hour and no one was there. No other animals nothing in the waiting room. THEN they tried to sell me thousands of dollars for tests instead of just trying a 12$ medicine. When I said no thanks for the tests they said they would give me the steroids. THE STEROID WORKED. Imagine if I had gone with the 1000$ recommendation! After my 4 minute consultation they said ti would be 10 minutes for the discharge papers and 5 pills--- they took ANOTHER HOUR. I was literally exhausted and in shock. DO NOT GO THERE. HUGE MISTAKE.
