THEY KILLED MY 8 WEEK OLD PUPPY!!!! I took my puppy in for a fever and a infection in a wound that needed to be cleaned out, Dr Libby Mcvey had brought her fever down slightly and put the puppy under anesthesia to clean the wound and insert a drain ( which did not need to be done ! She made a incision across the whole side of her body!) gave me a call to tell me everything went well and she was waking up from the anesthesia that she was going to give her pain meds and monitor her with antibiotics overnight. To only call me back 15 minutes later to tell me that. MY 8WEEK OLD PUPPY WENT INTO CARDIAC ARREST AND THE COULDNT RECECITATE HER!!!!!!! THEY OVERDOSED HER WITH MEDS!!!!! I specifically told DR LIBBY MCVEY when I brought her in I was told by my regular Vet that she is was to young for any sort of Opiate pain meds and she is not to be administered any!!!!!!! She did not listen and took it upon herself to do what she wanted without researching it and KILLED MY LITTLE BABY GIRL!!!!!!!!! NEVER NEVER TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS PLACE!!! When I arrived to pick up my deceased baby girl I was in back when another emergency came in a very sick cat. Who I witnessed being mishandled. I can only hope that poor cat made it out alive! Such a shame!!!!! You take a pet that you love and expect them to have the best of care with knowable people that you trust them to know what they are doing as professionals!!!! She was only a Little BABY!!!
