What a absurd. Came like every month to get my dogs food snd the girl at front telling me "we cant sell u this food bc Hills Prescription Diet food is like prescription drugs so u have to see our doctor first. This is total bull... u can buy that food in any online pet supply store. Rip off!!! Thats how u lose your clients

When I had talked to the doctor on the phone before I came he didn't even think it was a big deal that my baby wasn't eating. Turns out it was a big deal because she died the next day. So against his advice I brought her in. I mentioned that I was reading online that cat not eating could be signs of dental damage. "oh yeah, I forgot about that.It could be that too." Ok Doogie Howser! How long you been practicing? WTF? I brought my sick kitty there in an emergency situation. I was so surprised how fast I was taken care of. No waiting around.. We had blood tests done and someone was supposed to call me the next day. No one called . I had to call them twice when I got home from work to chase down the results. I finally got a hold of a Dr. who kept calling the results so bizarre. Like he had never seen it before. She had severe anemia. He kept telling me all the issues but never offered a solution. He told me I needed to find a place to take her that could do a blood transfusion but never offered a referral. WTF? Finally after 10 minutes of him telling how bizarre the situation was and offering me no comfort, advice, next steps or solutions I had to ask for a referral. Oh yeah he had a place...like it was no big deal. So this yahoo called ahead to the place he referred us and only asked if they had cat blood and didn't give them a heads up (the other vet told me that must have been him who called). Seriously unprofessional I gather someone called the referred hospital because I got a sympathy card. .

At first they will great, but when it came closer to my puppies surgery (to get him neutered); not so much! They give false advertisement on offering free neutering if you go to them to get the puppies updated with shots and physical exams. In addition, to compensate for the cost of getting the puppy neutered for “free”; they are requiring 12 months of heart worming medication and six month of flea medication just to name a few. I find this to be completely unethical and am extremely surprised this has not been brought to their attention. The lack of communication and customer service by their staff is extremely disappointing. I called three times to get clarification on what is needed and was told all three times that they were unable to locate the file and they would have to call me back. During my last shot appointment for my puppy I was told by the doctor that my puppy was all set. I have been waiting for a doctor to call me back as I was never given the proper information regarding getting my puppy neutered; I still have not received a call. When I called back later that night, the person who answered stated she was not there in the morning and asked what I would like her to do. When I asked her to notate that I am calling again because I was never contacted she stated the Doctors were busy. I then asked her if it was too much work for her to notate the account and apparently it was because she hung the phone up on me. The lack of professionalism and communication is very disappointing. It is clear that they do not care about their customers as they are more interested in their bottom line (profits).

Always willing to answer questions over the phone. Always friendly! They always take the time to "get to know" my dog. Never have to wait long, or make appointments!

Wonderful clinic. Efficient service. No need for an appointment. Caring staff. Looking forward to having my pets as their patients for many years to come. Thank you!
