Called their emergency room to get some information on my sick bunny and they just wanted $115 to look at him when he's already been examined!! Greedy disgusting practice that has no interest in saving animals, just in saving their pockets!! Stay far away. Far overpriced. Many better options. Do your research!!!!

On the recheck I asked to be able to have a doctor in the room on my parrot and the said no you don't trust use so they said we can't help you no more, meaning that I can not take my bird to them any more. They also said that they see birds from Wisconsin and Indiana they really don't need my business. Their pricing is all funny they did blood work on my parrot and at the time I said to them to please tell me everything with my bird and they said okay it will cost 90 dollars to fine out. Then they called me the next day and said that 100 dollars more and the lab will be able to get more info on the bird. They don't need your business so go some wear else. the total for beak trim blood work and back gland needle extraction and meds 400 dollars watch your money from them
