FYI: THEY ONLY DO GENERAL PHYSICALS ON SMALL ANIMALS, CANNOT HELP U IF IT HAS ANY PROBLEMS/ IS IN DISTRESS. Otherwise its a good deal. ive taken my 3 dogs there and dispite the rushed atmosphere, i didn't feel rushed once i got in the exam room. Probably cant beat their prices. No appointments. First come first serve. Go early. They usually open the doors before scheduled start time. The front desk staff...some can be off-putting but ur total interaction will be more with everyone else.

Fox lake animal hospital has great doctors and reasonable prices. However the front desk help is terrible and very rude. They seem to always be in bad moods and have a additude. Not to mention the wait time is extremely long I'm talking hours. I debate with myself often about changing vets but don't do to the doctors and prices. The front end staff needs the learn when you work the front end of a business you are the face of the company these ladies need to practice being polite, they are there to take care of you and answer questions, if you can't do that polity and respectfully you should change positions or jobs. When this improves I will easily give it a 5 star review because the doctors are worth it.

The people that work there are angels... especially Dr Kerry. They are so good to our dogs and even when there was nothing further that could be done for our sweet Lilly, they were still so patient and good to us and our little one. It's a long drive from our home but so very worth it.

I go here because the Doctor himself is great. The staff is horrible. They are unknowledged, unfriendly, and unknowing. They have had a collection company calling me daily for over a year for a bill that has long been paid. I have had to block their number from my phone. The pricing on prescriptions seem to vary like they are a commodity. If you could possibly go to another hospital, I would recommend that. It's too bad the staff puts a terrible "haze" over the doctor's.

Completely reasonable prices. Saved our sweet kitty! She ate a ribbon which required surgery. We were quoted at around $5000 somewhere else (yeah I know) and payed only $250 here for the same procedure. My wife and I couldn't be more grateful.
