I brought my 9 mo old puppy here, he was vomiting and had very loose stool. After a stool test (negative) and an examination I was sent home with some meds. My baby got worse, the doctor called and I was to pick up different meds and try those. After seeing my baby suffer for over a month ( the meds not working) I took him to another doctor who gave him a simple test for a parasite that is wide spread in puppies and usually contracted around kennels. He tested positive and is now struggling to get rid of this parasite. I was not offered or explained a direct solution for his problem but a slow money sucking try this - try that technique. I even had a conversation with the director to explain my disatisfaction and all she tried to do was upsell me on more tests. NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT ALL - NO CONCERN IN MAKING THE PUPPY HEALTHY JUST $$$.

We absolutely love Dr. Rodriguez and the entire staff at Hanover Park Animal Care Center. Everyone is kind, caring and compassionate. The treatment my pet has received through the years is outstanding. Everyone goes above and beyond to take great care for your needs. Again, Dr. Rodriguez and all the doctors are wonderful. The entire crew is great. It is a joy to have my pet be a part of this amazing facility. I can't think of a better place for anyone's beloved pet. We are their biggest fans!

I had the privilege of meeting Chaplin while delivering newspapers in winter, and found him living outside in a recycle bin. I had been feeding him daily for some weeks when I decided to do more. He was in awful condition- under nourished, sneezing, infected eyes, fleas and ear mites and mange. I put him in a box and brought him directly to Hanover Park Animal Hospital. Very friendly staff and doctor. The doctor exam our dog thoroughly and patiently explain the symptoms. Easy to get an appointment and facility is very clean.

I cannot tell you how much I love the caring and professional staff at Hanover Park Animal Care Center. We have been going to them to care for our cat, Tigger, who lived a very healthy life until he was over 17 years old, and for all of the dogs we have had in the last 25+ years. We started with Dr. Rodriguez even before she opened this Center, and have continued with her here as well. We also have had the experience of a few of the other vets that are at the Center, and have never been disappointed in the care they have shown to our animals. They all take the time to explain everything that is being done, and why, and they follow up with a phone call to make sure our pet is doing well after a sick visit or surgery. If you are looking for a caring place, with convenient hours, this is the place to bring your pet.
