I will NEVER again return to this veterinarian. The staff was snobby, rude and conceited. When I brought my puppy in, they didn't seem to listen to a word I was saying and treated me with the utmost disrespect. I was having a great day until I walked into this clinic and I kept a positive mood. Even the veterinarian was condescending. I would advise that everyone else should take their business to a different vet.

I have had several cats seen at the Herrin location. The waiting area is large and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most of the doctors are willing to take the time to discuss concerns and offer alternatives. I had one emergency on a Sunday (cat with a uterine infection after birthing) and they quickly got me in and treated her overnight (she made a full recovery).
