I only give them 4 stars instead of 5 because of their hours. They always remember who I am, they send out reminders, they follow up on emergency visits to other hospitals, they send condolences when a pet dies. I used to go to the other vet in Huntley, and every time I went there they had no idea who I was even after my 6th visit, fumbled around the computer to look me up, had no idea why I was there.
The doctors are very caring and take their time with one of my dogs that is scared of being at the vet! They always run on time!
