I have been taking my pets to see Dr. Joe and his team at Frost Family Pet Clinic since he opened his doors in Loves Park and before that in Belvidere. They treat each dog or cat like it was their own and are very sensitive to my concerns and questions. The follow up is 5 star plus! They call to check up on the progress of my pets until they are sure that they are healthy and back to normal! Combining todays technology, but still people friendly they are the best in the area. I would recommend Frost Family Pet Clinic to anyone.

WARNING DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! THESE PEOPLE HERE : THEY COME ACROSS ALL NICE AND SWEET AND THEY ALMOST KILLED MY SWEET CAT ROMANOFF DUE TO AN OVERDOSE JUST TO KNOCK HIM OUT ""TO BE FOR AN HOUR" TO CLEAN OUT HIS EARS DUE TO AN INFECTION IN THEM WELL THESE IDIOTS GAVE HIM SO MUCH I ALMOST LOST HIM!! We followed Dr. Frost from his previous clinic. The Loves Park location is a little farther for us to drive to, but it is worth it. He and his team are great and they have always treated our cats very well! We've had a couple of emergencies at home and he and his team did what they could to accommodate our needs. During one situation, they were able to give advice over the phone until we could bring our cat in the next day. This saved us a trip to the emergency clinic! During any crisis, big or small, they have been very caring.

This team is PAWSOME!! Dr. Frost and his team are caring and fantastic. Dr. Frost has a laser machine he used on my dogs surgical site. This amazing machine totally healed the incision site in 3 days. After he treated her with the lasers it looked like the surgery was done years ago. I highly recommend Frost Family Clinic.

I'm brand new in the area and finding a new veterinarian can make you a little nervous - especially when your babies are like family to you. At Frost family pet clinic I was warmly welcomed and the Dr. Frost and his nurse were AWESOME! They took their time and were so caring and gentle with them. A great thing that I wasn't used to - their scale there raises to a normal table - so no lifting the heavy dog - and Dr. Frost coaxed my dogs on using treats - which helps so much in the future for future visits. Plus they had great prices. I'm seriously thrilled with the care my dogs received there today
