Dr. Shores and his entire staff are amazing. Super caring place and never rushed. Dr. Shores will spend hours if needed answering any questions you have. Will never go to another vet.

Dr. Nicky of Animal Care Hospital in Morris was the most thorough and loving vet I ever came in contact with. The care she administered to my dog, Dolly, was beyond the usual. When it was time to let my dog go, she was there at my side the whole time, petting her and talking softly to her. As I lay Dolly's head in my lap I watched as she slipped away. Dolly's heart was sick but was full of love. I miss her terribly. But I know I did the right thing. Dr. Nicky, thank you for being with me on this painful journey. This place is amazing and caring and they trully love animals. I love this place. We had to have our beloved mitzie put to sleep because she was so sick with cancer. They were so caring and sensitive to our situation. Thank you to the wonderful staff and doctors your beautiful people.

The last couple days I noticed that my cat, Oliver, who is a year and a half old, became ill. I called today to expecting the office to be closed but to be routed to an emergency number. I was connected to the emergency service and I explained what was wrong with Oliver I was asked if I was an established patient. When I explained that I was a patient that he had had his nails clipped there several times, I was told that in order to be an established patient he needed to have shots or other major work done. My cat has been healthy to this point and had no need for any additional shots or major work. I was then told that because I wasn't an established patient that I had to wait until Monday at 10 am, and that the emergency service would not be calling Doctor Nicky for advice. So basically even though I have given them my business and spent money at the establishment I was told that I was SOL. I really hope that my cat is not deathly ill because there will be a whole world of problems if something happens to him because the vet's office did like that I did not spend a certain amount of money in the office. Basically if you have an ill pet find somewhere else to take them. This office is no help at all apparently, unless you would like major work and shots done. If thats the case expect world class treatment.
