Dr. Kumar is one of the most through, considerate, and passionate vets I have ever met. My furry family members have been patients of Dr. Kumar’s for over 10 years and even though we moved almost an hour’s drive away, we will still continue to be his patients. Dr. Kumar actually “listens” to a patient’s parents and hears their concerns and worries and takes into consideration their observations instead of just leaping right to unnecessary costly diagnostic tests. He is a true believer in preventative medicine and works hard to keep costs down as much as possible while still providing top notch care and treatment. (i.e. his vaccination clinic and monthly specials). He is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up on new treatments and medications for well… everything. I don’t know how he manages it all - In our family alone over the years, he has taken care of a patient with Cushing’s, another patient with severe allergies (including grass) and cancer, another patient with dry eye and eventual heart failure, and another that had parvo as well as all the random illness and incidents over the years. All of our adopted rescues in my opinion have had the best of two worlds – loving parents in a great home and Dr. Kumar, a veterinarian who cares/cared so deeply for their well being and happiness as much as their parents do/did. This past month our senior bulldog, Dillon, passed away from heart failure. I have never seen a vet so close to tears when Dillon passed away on his own minutes after we arrived to Dr. Kumar’s office. My husband and I believe he waited until we got there so he could say his goodbyes to his favorite Vet (The best vet in the world!). Thank you Dr. Kumar for being you! We have been with Dr. Kumar since he opened, and I would recommend him to everyone. He is the most compassionate, caring vet I have ever known, his staff is always very warm and friendly. We have 3 dogs and all of them love going to him. I mean come on, have you ever known a dog to want to go to a vet, well with Dr. Kumar and his staff they will. I never feel rushed, he always listens. My furry friends love him and so do we.

We had an excellent experience at Randhurst Animal Hospital! Being new to the area I was diligently searching for a new veterinarian. I called on a Thursday morning and was given an appointment the same evening. Other animal hospitals in the area could not seem to do this, but Randhurst was extremely flexible as they understood the concerns I had about our dog. Dr. Kumar and Jessie were great with our fur-kid, AJ. They asked us many questions and conducted a very thorough (if not the most thorough) exam AJ has had since we adopted him nearly 3 years ago. The clinic was very inviting; all staff are extremely helpful and compassionate. We had the last appointment of the evening and even then we weren't hurried out because it was near closing time. Our dog is feeling much better. Both of our dogs were groomed today by Danielle, the groomer at Randhurst. Our dogs look excellent! She spent a lot of time with me as well; asking me questions about style, etc. Would highly recommend Randhurst to anyone, as well as their groomer, Danielle. Prices are competitive and you won't feel like staff is upselling anything-like some vets tend to do. Really, you can't go wrong with RHA!

Dr Kumar is the most compassionate and competent doctor we've ever met. The staff at RAH is wonderful and caring. It is worth mentioning they donated their old office to Wright Way Rescue after the bus crashed into their facility last year. Thanks to Dr Kumar all those animals have a home and a chance to be adopted! We are glad to take his recommendation and purchase our pets' medication from a local family owned business. Thank you, Dr Kumar and RAH staff, for all that you do!

Dr Kumar, Danielle and Staff ~ It's Alyssa Once again - Toto's owner. I wanted to make sure I went on every web-site to give you the praise you deserve. Dr Kumar, Danielle and Staff you are all excellent at your medical profession and very welcoming to Toto and I. As my Friends and Family were concerned for Toto's well being - they definitely wanted to know - who properly diagnosed and medicated Toto! So now my friends and family are bringing their pets to you. So yes, We are all going to be sending you compliments - which you deserve. As I had explained on yahoo, Dr Kumar - was able to diagnose a medical problem with my pup Toto. After going to a number of veterinarians (really not liking the other veterinarin's attitudes) and they were not able to diagnose Toto. Then Dr. Kumar came to our rescue! The tests Dr, Kumar had to run were not as expensive as the other veterinarins. BUT I know Toto is in good hands with Dr. Kumar. And Dr. Kumar thank you for re-assuring me Toto would be ok when I had tears in my eyes. I felt so frustrated - but then I found you! I really enjoy watching you welcome all your patients, I can tell how they snuggle up to you how much they appreciate you too! Dr. Kumar, Toto and I definitely appreciate you. Also Thank You Danielle for grooming Toto. She always looks "Show Dog" ready when I pick her up, but Toto's out-going personality - she looks like a mess by night. The most important thing is I really know Toto likes you. When I say DANIELLE Toto gets really excited. I can trust Toto will be happy and have her hair groomed (Danielle you work your magic :) Toto sees me with a brush and she hides. If you are looking for a Veterinarian and a Groomer - THIS IS THE PLACE! The whole staff treats your family member with love and care as well as keeps our pets safe.
