The opening of Springbrook has been a real blessing! My 3 cats have been getting the best care since I started taking them there. The doctors, the vet techs, and all the rest of the staff are amazing, very professional and and amazingly caring. I am now also taking all my foster cats there, and they are very fair in their prices, and always very helpful, and compassionate. Great facility, always clean, bright, and inviting! Plus they have an hospital, and boarding facility. What more do you want? :)

We took our 6yr old dog to spring brook to be boarded because we were recommended here by a friend. Lets start by saying this was the worst experience ever!!!! First thoughts are wow this is a really nice place, clean, everyone is friendly, and it's New. Man was I wrong. Our dog was there for 5 days and during his stay he had urinated all over our blanket we had took there for him (we have boarded him multiple times in the past and this has never been an issue, also dogs don't use the bathroom where they lay there head unless they aren't being let out properly). And while dropping him off the lady who took me back there had explained to me they go out every two hours. The friend who recommended us picked him up for us because our flight was delayed. She had stated that they were extremely rude to her when she got there. When we arrived home we had noticed that his food was barely touched which we measured out to the exact amount (1 cup twice a day, 10 cups total). We also noticed that his Kong ball was missing which the did return later. However it seems that one of the workers must really enjoy Victoria secret because the huge pink bag that we took all his items in just happens to be missing. We have called and tried to get them to fix the problem(Lesley the manager actually had the nerve to blame this on the lady that picked our dog up for us, clams that she had called about the bag a couple days prior to picking him up. Funny thing is she didn't know she was picking him up until that evening). we have even went there. But they just say were not responsible for lost items. How is the one item that all his stuff came in missing? I'm going to probably say someone there has sticky fingers!!!! And last but not least we get home and our dog has kennel cough. Only would be common sense that when a vet would notice this they would treat him. But instead they wait until I call to complain about it to do anything. Horrible place, they mistreated our dog and stole from us

Springbrook Animal Care is a breath of fresh air. I finally get to take my dog to the doctor as much as I like! Their preventative care plans are outstanding. I have a senior citizen dog that price has always decided how often we can go. After following the travel circus for shots for years, I can now get everything done and everything included that I normally would like to do for my dog but sometimes cannot afford due to the rising costs of vet clinics. Dr. Prince and Dr. Timmons went out of their way to help me feel comfortable and even personally called me with my pets test results. When I was worried, I was able to ask questions and do everything possible for my elderly dog and still be able to afford it. I recently purchased a puppy and received a free visit certificate. That's how I found them. I brought my other dog in and switched within a month. I got insurance for my puppy and a preventative care plan for my older dog. I am thrilled with no wait time, helpful friendly staff, nice doctors that don't rush you that genuinely care for your dog, super clean state of the art facility, many exam rooms, and the extras like grooming, boarding, adopting, and doggie daycare. The list goes on! Don't think about it go to the website, print your free grand opening visit and see what it's like to be in first class not coach for dogs.

I absolutely love Springbrook Animal Care Center. Our dog Lola became very ill, very quickly with a kidney condition and if it hadn't been for the exceptional care of the doctors and staff I don't think Lola would have made it. The care she received during her hospitalization was excellent and the doctors made regular phone calls to us keeping us updated on her progress. After Lola came home, anytime I had a question for a doctor or vet tech, I would get a return call promptly. All of the staff are excellent from the doctors, to the vet techs, to the staff at the front desk and the staff that care for the dogs being boarded. We wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I have been coming to Springbroko since November of last year, shortly after they first opened. The staff there is wonderful, always cheerful and helpful, and seem to truly love what they do. The facilities are new, top notch, and always squeaky clean. Thankfully, I haven't had to use their vet services too much, other than for routine vaccinations, but when we got those, the doctors were great with my Huxley and really care about your pet. Their preventative care plans are a great deal for anyone concerned about costly vet visits in the future. On top of all this, they offer grooming and boarding services. I can't remember the name of their groomer, but she is fantastic, and Springbrook is the only place I take my dog to get groomed! My pup always looks super spiffy when he's finished :)
