I love this place. I took my cat there who was suffering from earmites, and like other reviews say, these people really care about the patients they treat and their owners. It is a smidge pricier than a more inexpensive place I go to up north, but it's still in a reasonable range. I'm a college student, and I can't afford to have a billion casual tests done on my animal if they don't need it, and they were very understanding. If you have concerns about having a bunch of unnecessary tests done because you don't think you can afford it, talk to them and they will tell you the minimal they can do to get the best care for your animal. My bill was $106, which included the appointment fee, the ear test, and the ear medicine I had to buy. It was about $20 more than I would pay at my place back at home, but I didn't feel swindled because of the care my cat received.

5 stars for Diane the groomer. I finally found someone who does an amazing job with mini schnauzers. No one was ever able to do a good job with my boy since he gets matted something horrid, everyone always just completely shaved him off. Diane not only tried to keep his schnauzer look, she succeeded - it's not full schnauzer but close enough. I'm happy. and my girl is back to being my pretty Lily. Definitely sticking with Diane from now on... loved it!! thanks!

We've taken our dog here for years. In his old age, and with hip problems, we've warned them repeated to please be careful when clipping his paws as the last time we had him in there he came home very sore. Today after expressly telling Dr. Bleam that my dog was having severe pain and to be careful on his legs while he got his nails clipped, a bath and his regular shots they decided that it would be a good idea to take him outside to run with other dogs "three times"! When we picked up our dog he was hardly able to stand and Dr. Bleam says "well he hasn't been like this while he's been here. He was running outside 3 times today with other dogs and must have overdone it." This is the second time the dog has come home from the vet unable to walk and unable to get into the house after leaving the house in the morning in a comfortable condition. We were told the dog would be ready to pick up at 2:30pm after having arrived at 9am. Not only is this an unacceptable timeframe for the services being performed, we finally had to call to ask about the dogs status at 4pm after we had not been notified. Apparently they needed the extra time to ensure that my animal was injured through mistreatment before he was allowed to go home. After the blood results come back tomorrow morning confirming that we can indeed give him pain medications for his hip problems we will not be returning to Kruger Animal Hospital, and I would advise anyone who loves their pets to not use their services either.

We have recently taken our dog to Kruger Animal Hospital. We could not ask for a warmer reception and professional help from Dr. Bleem and his staff. Thank you for your concern of our beloved pet. I recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone. They are a very caring and concerned affiliate.

We have never had a dog before and since October of 2012 we have added 2 of them to our family. One we adopted and the other we got as a puppy. Dr. Burke has really made our experience as puppy parents a good one. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting our adopted dog back to good health and he has been just as great with our new puppy. I love the fact that they call you with updates or probs when they have surgery and if you have questions they call you personally to help over the phone. Staff are always friendly and helpful and call our pups by name when we come in. The groomer did a fabulous job with our 13 week old puppy. He was just too cute after she groomed him! Prices are definitely reasonable. I wouldn't take my pups any where else!
