I will not believe the staff told UNRELIABLE to wait 2 day iether.... I have been seeing Dr Blazer for years and I will see no one else.... He loves animals and saves strays... My Lucky is one of his saves.... I adopted him from Dr Blazer... He cares and has a huge heart for animals. He is compassionate when having to put your beloved pet to sleep... My company Fur and Feathers Pet Care only recommends Dr. Blazer and Northlake animal hospital infact anyone I have sent there feels the same as I.... you and your pet becomes like family....

Ive been using this vet hospital for over 3 years they just recently changed location and name,which is closer to me now. i love the staff and the vets there. they seem to really care for your family pet and always give reliable advice. i wouldnt take my dogs or future pets anywhere else. i just recently lost a dog and the vets and staff there sent me a sympathy card and everyone there signed it and it was extremely thoughtful of them. it was much appreciated.

I called the office for an emergency with my senior pet dog, they told me to come in 2 days and would not advise how to alleviate pain in the mean time. They didn't even try to diagnose the problem or ask any specific questions as to what exactly occurred, they simply gave me an appointment for 2 days from the day of the emergency, after keeping me on hold for 15 minutes. I am diligent in taking my pets in right away if I see there is some illness, I have 5 pets. My dog could not move, and they told me they can't help for 2 days. I called 2 other vets, that either took my call right away or returned it within an hour. My dog had a fever of 103 and as soon as he got an antibiotic he felt better. If I had taken the advice of Northlake Animal hospital, he would still be lying motionless with a fever. Dr. John Van Bampus wouldn't even return my call. That office is not the same since Dr. Connelly left the practice, he was wonderful!! Miss Dr. Connelly! As a matter of fact I have a sick cat, I had a question as to the effectiveness of the medication for her and am still waiting for a return call 4 days later. So if your cat or dog doesn't get sick , it's an ok office to take them in for shots, but if you have an emergency don't even count on a phone call back.

AFTER THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH VCA HOSPITAL , NOT TO MENTION THERE PRICES....I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE TO BRING MY DOG THERE, SEEING THAT IT WAS LATE, AND ON A SUNDAY. MY DOG HAD COLLAPSED BY PLAYING WITH HER COUSIN, AND IT WAS A VERY HOT DAY. WE TOOK HER THERE, NOW MIND YOU, THERE WAS NOBODY ELSE THERE, AND HERE IS MY DOG, LETHARGIC, SHAKING, AND FINALLY I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING, AND THEY WEREN'T KIND WORDS....A DOCTOR FINALLY CAME AND TOOK HER, AND HAD DONE ALL OF THESE UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES, AND TOLD ME, THAT MY DOG, IF BY LUCK WOULD LIVE THROUGH THE WEEKEND!!! I WAS FLOORED, SICK TO MY STOMACH, AND CHARGED ME 450.00 TO TELL ME THIS!!!!!! WHEN MONDAY CAME, I TOOK HER TO SEE DOCTOR CONALLY , WHEN HE WAS STILL WORKING WHEN THE OFFICE WAS ON MANNHEIM...TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, HE SHOOK HIS HEAD IN DISGUST , AS TO WHAT THE OTHER DOCTOR TOLD ME. ALL IT TURNED OUT TO BE, WAS MY DOG WAS DEHYDRATED !!!!!!! DOCTOR CONALLY FIXED THE PROBLEM, AND TOLD ME, MY DOG WAS GOING TO BE FINE, WHAT A RELIEVE!!!!!! IN CONCLUSION,~~~ ALL OF THE STAFF AND DOCTORS ARE KIND, FRIENDLY, AND TAKE THE TIME OUT TO ANSWER QUESTIONS!!!! I HIGHLY SUGGEST "NORTHLAKE ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS THE BEST"!!!!!
